Services & Fees

Let Only / Tenant Find

Photography and Marketing of Property. Conducting Viewings, Full Tenant Referencing, Property Compliance Check, Creating Tenancy Agreements, Protecting Deposits, Inventories and Check-ins.

Cost - £650 (payable when tenant moves in)

Rent Collection

All as for Let only with the addition of monthly collection of rent including chasing any late/non payments.

Cost £650 + 6% of the monthly rent. (i.e. Rent is £1000pcm, our monthy fee would be £60)

Full Property Management

Full Property Management for all types of landlords, including Buy to Let Investors who want a hands off portfolio or experienced landlords looking to make better use of their time.

We provide your tenants with support through their time with us and arrange all maintenance and repairs through our network of trusted contractors. (this is dependant on agreement in place)

We ensure property remains compliant throughout the tenants occupancy and arrange annual Gas Safety Checks directly with the tenants.

We carry out periodic inspections throughout the year at all properties, which allows us to highlight any issues and these are provided to you in an easy to view format.

We provide monthly statements confirming all payments allowing Landlords to keep track of their income

Full Management: £600 + 9% of monthly rent

(i.e. Rent is £1000pcm, our monthy fee would be £90)
